Formed in 2007 by Kerry Williams, Brian Hickman and Jennifer Kuhn McAfee, WH McAfee is founded on a dynamic and synergistic relationship between the partners and associates, each of whom brings a different facet of expertise, forming a cohesive team which benefits our clients.

Kerry Williams and Brian Hickman have maintained a strong and successful partnership dating back to their adolescent days. Kerry & Brian both discovered their entrepreneurial spirit early in life when they expanded the Williams’ family auto parts store. Parkway Auto Parts soon grew into a multi-million dollar chain of ten stores and a warehouse. In 1989, Kerry and Brian decided to branch out further and opened their first Auto Quick Fast Lube location. When the Williams family sold their chain of auto parts stores Kerry and Brian began opening more Auto Quick Fast Lubes. Discovering that hiring a General Contractor was cost-prohibitive, they began acting as their own General Contractor, building the centers themselves; hence the creation of Hickman & Williams Properties. They soon progressed into the full-time development of retail centers with an Auto Quick Fast Lube location as the anchor for each shopping center, complemented with adjacent shops for additional leasing opportunities. To date, Kerry and Brian have built, leased, and managed over 20 neighborhood retail centers. The two have also completed several residential and multi-family developments. Both Kerry and Brian serve as Principals at WH McAfee.

Jennifer Kuhn McAfee attended Georgia State University, where she majored in Political Science and minored in Real Estate. Having spent nearly a decade at Colliers Spectrum Cauble Realty and eventually attaining the position of Vice President of Retail Leasing, Jennifer brings invaluable market knowledge, third-party landlord and tenant representation, and property management experience to the table. Specialties have included project leasing, pre-leasing of new developments, specialty centers and redevelopments; overall, a diverse group of leasing assignments that totaled over one million square feet. This included such assignments as a large portfolio of Kroger and Publix anchored shopping centers and the redevelopment of Roswell Wieuca in north Buckhead. Additionally, Jennifer has an extensive history working with institutional owners and REITs such as BVT, CAPROC, UBS, Camreal European and Aetna, as well as with numerous entrepreneurial owners. Finally, during Jennifer’s career she has represented tenants and assisted in the tenant site selection process for tenants such as El Pollo Loco, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Taxi’s Hamburgers, and H&R Block Financial among others. Jennifer is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She has served on the ICSC Southeast Conference Committee and is a recipient of the Million Dollar Club Award for ranking 2nd among the top ten brokers for retail production in 2006. Jennifer serves as President of WH McAfee.

Julie E. Collier brings ten years of experience in the areas of accounting, office management, land development, construction, and property management services to her position as Vice President of Property Management with WH McAfee. During her academic career at Georgia College and State University, Julie was a Hope Scholarship recipient, a member of the Psi Chi Honor Society, and a Dean’s List honoree. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. Julie’s accounting expertise, customer relations skills, and vast knowledge of property management are an invaluable asset to WH McAfee.
